Are the frames included with the art prints?

Our art prints are sold separately unless you specifically select a framing option on the product page. We offer high-quality wood and metal frames tailored to our print sizes.

What type of paper do you use for your prints?

We use premium 200gsm museum-quality matte paper that is FSC-certified, ensuring a long-lasting finish and vibrant color depth.

Do you offer custom sizes for your artwork?

Currently, we offer a wide range of standard sizes from 21x30cm to 70x100cm. Custom dimensions are not available at this time.

How is the artwork packaged for shipping?

Prints are rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra-thick cardboard tubes. Framed items are secured with corner protectors and heavy-duty flat packaging.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Since we process orders quickly, please contact us within 2 hours of placement to request any changes or cancellations.

Are the colors on the screen accurate to the final print?

We strive for color accuracy, but please note that individual monitor settings may cause slight variations between the digital image and the physical print.
